She provided great historical learning, personal stories and interactive activities that challenged us and brought on hard conversations for each of us personally, and as employees of an international nonprofit.

The material was rich and expansive yet didn't feel overwhelming, mostly because Latasha was so clearly for us. She spoke encouragement over us at each step in the process, through the training and then follow up Zoom conferences.
